Editor's note: For those of you trying to reach Dr. Obagi, he now has online direct-to-consumer availability of some of his initial product line (many products are still in-office only). The new line is called ZO Skin Health.

i think the obagi line is great. i have used it for three monyhs and then i had a lifestyle lift in Dallas by the best Dr.s. it has been 3 wks. and i am very happy. as long as you have someone to care for you after. ICE continous for 16 hours. no matter what you are told do it continous. then when he says warm packs he means continous. i saw some that did not do anything the papers said and what a mess they were in. i can't believ you can have this surgery and be awake and never have any pain. The ladies gave me a pain pill when i got to my room and 4 hours later and 4 hours later and that was it. never any pain.... Now i am back to the obagi products to keep my skin looking healthy and it works. thanks,susie
