New Features in May: Dashboard Updates, Answer Sorting and More
Our development team is always working hard to make RealSelf.com more interesting and user-friendly. Click the links below to read about some recent site updates and exciting new features we've added to improve your experience on RealSelf.com:

Participate here: You may have noticed that the "Questions for me" link no longer appears in the left navigation column when you sign in to RealSelf.com. That's because we've replaced this boring old link with a new bright red one labeled "Participate here."

You still end up in the same place (your Expert Dashboard), only now you can easily find your way... in style!

Expert dashboard: When you sign in to RealSelf.com and select the new link to "Participate here," you may also notice that your "Welcome" page (expert dashboard) has been remodeled.

We've added links to each of the five main pages for expert participation on RealSelf.com to ensure that you have easy access to all of our participation methods.

Not only can you connect with the 10,000 potential patients and clients who visit RealSelf.com each day by answering their questions, you can also add photos of your work, post your articles, review beauty products, and join forum discussions.

Answer sorting: RealSelf.com community members now have the option to sort answers by "Most helpful" and "Most recent."  This change was originally suggested by RealSelf.com users who wanted quicker access to recently posted answers as well as those voted most helpful by the community.  This new sorting feature also helps us keep things "real" by combating vote spam.

First to answer: Be the first to answer a new question on RealSelf.com, and a link to your profile will appear at the top of the answer list.  In addition, a link to your profile will appear at the top of the provider listing page for the related treatment.  So, if you answer a new question about Botox, and you are located in New York, a "First to answer" link to your profile will show on the "New York Botox providers" page.
