I lurked on Realself for quite awhile-until I couldn't stand what I saw facing me in the mirror-not matching how I felt inside. Contemplated going out of state (where I could "vacation" while I recovered, unseen by coworkers) but ultimately went to Dr Chan at Reviance. Chin Implant with Submental Lipo and Ultherapy
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan and his team and am absolutely thrilled with my results!   I had a chin implant with submental liposuction and ultherapy with Dr. Chan November of last year. I had two consultations, one with Dr. Chan’s assistant Yvonne, and another with Dr. Chan 2 weeks before my surgery date. Dr Chan did a wonderful job with my Mini Facelift. The turkey neck look was gone! I also had laser resurfacing done. My skin was smooth and soft afterwards. Free of all blemishes. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and their staff!

I had a brow lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty with Dr. Chan a month ago and I could not be happier. The results are amazing and he and his entire office staff have been wonderful to deal with this entire time. I will be coming back to him for my face lift in a few years. I am moving out of state for a new job and hoped to fix my nose before the move. Dr Chan's office worked with my schedule and was able to fit me into the doctor's schedule under short notice. I saw Dr. Chan in November 2019 for 4 procedures on the same day. I am a 50 year old woman who had liposuction on my neck/chin plus ultherapy to help lift and tighten my sagging skin after the liposuction. I also did the IPL laser treatment to help with my brown spots and broken capillaries. Lastly, I had the CO2 laser treatment to remove a large, brown flat mole from my temple. Full results for the liposuction and ultherapy procedures are definitely somewhat noticeable immediately

Loving my new jawline so far!
Prior to treatment, my jawline was non existent. Currently at an average weight, but even at my thinnest, due to genetics I had a prominent double chin. It's only been a month and a half post OP, and I can see a huge improvement! I'm so happy I decided to research this thoroughly and go through with it! I can't wait to continue seeing results. I still have a small dip under my chin. I'm hoping that continues to dissipate, but even if these were the final results I believe it
