I had my surgery on November 12. I was not ready for a lift, and Dr. Rankin truly listened to me. He told me he would do his best, and he did. Best Experience of my Life
I was very scared of plastic surgery. my first surgery in 2009 was with a plastic surgeon whose license got revoked from his negligence to so many patients. I ended up going to another surgeon who had to fix his mistakes and it took me 2 surgeries ajs a lot of money. because of that first surgeon i ended up with implants which i never wanted. fast forward in 2022 i had a capsular contractures and needed them replaced. i wanted them out but the surgeon i went to did not feel comfortable

Better Than Expected Results
I had an explant + lift with Dr.David Rankin on September 19th 2025. I waited about a year, but he’s opened more time so your wait won’t be as long. I flew in from SD for my procedure. I had my 20 year old 600cc high profile silicone implants removed and my breast fully lifted. THEY HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER.
