Dr. Clint F. Welsh graduated from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico, in 1975, with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. He attended medical school at the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine, graduating in 1980.Post-medical school training
He completed his medical training in Plastic Surgery at the Univeristy of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri, in 1985.
