There is no safe, viable, proven tattoo "cream" on the market. Many of the products offered are sold through unproved or second hand internet resources. You've never seen one of these in a qualified physicians office, or a credible department store like Nordstrom, because it simply does not exist.
The product that are offered are unsafe, high does of prescriptive chemical that will burn your skin and cause significant scaring in the least, and potentially skin loss.
If you cannot afford to pay for tattoo removal (and some people have changes in skin texture or color after treatment) consider looking into a university or civic program that removes gang tattoos free of charge.
Your despair is an important message to everyone: Before you do something permanent to your body, consider the consequences. You loved him today, he's gone tomorrow. It looked cute today, you'll have a hard time explaining it to someone tomorrow. I've never let my kids have the cute kid temporary tattoos, because they send a bad message: they give the illusion you can erase the ink permanently imbedded in your skin that comes from the adult version of tattoos.
