I am not aware of a surgery. I am unsure that there is a procedure that would actually change the distance between your eyes. I don't see how that would really work. The best solution that I have for you is to go to a dept store or find a good makeup consultant that can make your eyes appear larger and give the impression that they are further apart.
Here are some make-up and beauty tips to create the appearance of larger eyes.
On the inside corners of the eyes and along side of the nose, apply a light highlight to widen the eyes. On the lower inner rim of the eye, apply a white pencil to make the eyes appear more open. On the outer corner, use a deep, intense shade, extending the colour past the corner of the eye.
Tweeze the brows slightly farther apart than the inside corner of the eye. Extend brows slightly past the outer corner.
I have also heard of using Restylane injections under the eyes to create a softer look with a less hollow appearance.

try pushing your eyes further apart from eachother with your fingers with a lot of pressure. works for me. I increased the space between my eyes 3 centimeters.

I don't understand how putting pressure on your eyes made them farther apart. How exactly did you do it?

I have close-set eyes. I've been looking for ways to correct this for so very long. . . there just doesn't seem to be a lot of information on the subject.
I don't want some flimsy makeup solution to the problem. I want a real, physical correction for what's been holding me back from having a good self-image. I'm even willing to undergo surgery.
If anyone comes across any answers, please share with the rest of us.
