I cannot find one But there needs to be one, My name is Annette and i am from Orange county Ca and i am having all kinds of probably resulting from lipozap. Not only did i gain weight but my joints are deteriorating. Its bad real bad :(.

Hi Annette,
I just read your comment and noticed that you posted it today. I just posted a long email about my scammed experience of the same failure of the Lipozap treatment after 8 different treatments to the areas of my back and love handles. I saw absolutely no results and even exercised and dieted properly. They refused to refund me anything and even messed up the procedure and have caused a permanent blister on my right shoulder from negligent administering of the injection to my upper shoulder. Also they tried to correct these spots on my back with two Fotofacial treatments and burned me on three different spots on my back (April 2007), a month before my wedding. My wedding was horrible and it all showed in my pics. I threatened to sue them for the scam and negligence and scarring me and they offered me (in writing) a year's worth of Fraxel treatments for my back and face to clear up the scars. I completed about 5 and am still owed 6 more. The business shut down today (since I spoke to someone this morning to schedule TODAY's 3:30 pm f/u appointment and when I show up (Sherman Oaks) there are signs on both doors that they have closed down and will no longer be doing any treatments. Did you hear from anyone about a class-action lawsuit? If you hear anything, please let me know.

Banafshe (Patricia)

Patricia-

I'm so shock and NOW worried. I was supposed to have 3 areas done. I only had the lower and upper abdominals completed, but was trying to make an appointment for my love handles (Guess that's not going to happen).
Did you know who I can get in contact regarding the payments, since they didn't complete ALL of the procedure. I Definitely feel I don't have to pay all if any of the procedure.
I'm freaky out now!!!

Appreciate if you let me know anything or anyone that you have contacted, so i can do the same. Also I will be on the look out of any action lawsuit and will ADVISE YOU!

Hi
I too, was scheduled to have the treatment done at the sherman oaks office ( inner and outer thighs) I took out a loan for $2500 and gave them $500 of my own money plus another $190 for the lab work that they required. I spoke to a representative at "Care credit" which is the lender that i took out the loan with and explained what is happining. The rep told me that they would be sending me something in the mail to attest to the fact that no procedure was in fact done and my account with them "care credit" will then be reconciled. I would like to know about any class action against them because i would like to retrieve the $500 and the $190 of my own money. I feel so stupid, gullible and angry. Please contact me if you receive any new information and I will gladly do the same.

Hi, I had the same thing happen to me. I'm still trying to dispute with care credit as well. I'm not sure if they would do anything. Did u hear anything from them yet. I was set up on this plan where it was no payment/no interest for 12 months. But every month ge money calls for a payment. So I think i was mislead by the reps there. I also found this new location for smartlipo. I wonder if there affiliated with the same company. Maybe there trying to change there name and start another scam. I dont know. But if you know anything new please tell me.Thank you

There is now a class action law suit filed. If you want more information feel free to e-mail me at {edited}

Hi. Could you please send me information that would assist my preparation for a class action lawsuit. I have my settings 'set' that I may be contact privately. Thanks

i felt so stupid today when i was still waiting for Laser Shaping Center to call me to schedule my procedure in the Costa Mesa location, and found out they are out of business!! i am very shocked and helpless when i heard the news. i'm so glad i found this, since i was anxious to find assistance and people who is in the same situation as i do. please send me any information regarding the class action! i also set my email so i can receive private message.

i did my finance through "Care Credit" as well, I'm so upset and mad1! i will try to call them to dispute the charge as many of you suggested. thank you very much for the advise.

after reading many of the posts, so the procedure doesn't work at all? anybody heard about Final Inches? i wonder if they are the same? please advise if anybody knows.

good luck to all of us, we must all get our refund back. these kind of business pratice is not acceptable at all!!

Sorry to hear about your misfortune as well. Kathryn Anderson is the attorney out of San Francisco and she did contact me today. Her number is posted throughout this website and she will return the calls. There are several actions that they are going to pursue and one is the illegitimate claim of this product being FDA approved and no, I am not satisfied although I had sessions left and was banking on the "swelling resolves after several months" philosophy. I used a credit card so no such luck in getting the money back. Good luck to you as well

i too had a procedure pending and had 1700 invested. When i spoke to CareCredit i was told was gonna get a letter sent to me

Hi, could someebody please email me details of the class action lawsuit? I am yet another patient of Laser Shaping in Costa Mesa who is seriously out of pocket for treatments I never received and unhappy with the results of the one I did. No follow up appointments, no befoer and after photos, these people are such frauds. I am a fit and healthy 27 year old but I was in agony after my treatment for almost a week - so much for their claims of being able to return to work the next day! They have over $4500 of my money, luckily I went through care credit, and from what people have said I do have some hope of them being understanding.

Hello there!
As you can imagine, I am another victim of this huge scam. I payed them $2500.00 in advance but I never got the procedure done (at the Sherman Oaks location), or my money back.
When I called them about my appointment, I got the message we all know pretty well by now. They were out of business.

I desperately need information regarding a class action lawsuit against these people, since there is not much information out there about the case or what to do regarding the scam. I look forward to hearing from you.

Please email me information regarding the class action lawsuit as well. I have been scammed by this company. There are many more posts about the negligence of this company on ripoffreport.com. thanks!

I am also interested in joining this class action lawsuit against LipoZap. I too was promised results, instead I am left with many marks and scars on my stomach. I have attempted to contact client services for a refund on two occasions with no response and filed a compliant with BBB with no response.

I was informed there is an action law suit out of San Francisco but wasn't able to get that information.

Thanks.

Hi,
I also had the full round of Lipozap treatments done between Dec. 06-April 07. I had absolutely no results and was even exercising and watching my diet. They also messed up the procedure and created a permanent scarring blister on my right shoulder from the injections and burned my back in three areas with their Photofacial (for correction of the first complication). They said they would not refund me and offered me (in writing) a year's worth of Fraxel for the spots they burned on my back and face treatments in exchange for the complications. I started the Fraxels in January and finished up a treatment early June 2008. Today I went for a f/u (scheduled this morning) and the Sherman Oaks location (as well as the Sherman Oaks headquarters) both were closed down with a sign stating that the Medesthetica/Laser Shaping Centers went out of business and is not doing anymore treatments. The people in the building said they closed everything down within a couple of hours (TODAY) and did not even inform the building owner, whom they are in a long-term lease with. I am very interested in this class-action lawsuit for the fraud of the refund policy and the promised remaining 6 Fraxel treatments that I did not receive for their complications and burning me. Please email me if you get any info. on how to do this: {edited} Thanks so much.

Go to lipozap class action lawsuit. A san francisco firm is handling it, but hasn't filed yet. They are getting a lot of calls since OC lipozap closed the doors yesterday. I am also working with Care Credit to get my refund, and they have been helpful so far.

Liz, how is Care Credit helping you get your refund? I am having the same problem as you Lipo-Zap only completed half my treatments and I just called to make an apointment today and the recording says their offices are no longer in business!! WHAT?

Call Care Credit and they will send you a "dispute" form to file. I am just now sending mine in, so will see what happens. They have received a lot of calls.

I also contacted Kathryn Anderson, an attorney whose firm is handling a class action law suit. They are in San Francisco and the phone # is 415-901-0514. I am communicating with her and sending all my emails sent and received from the mystery people at Lipozap detailing complaints on services and requesting (and being told I could get) a refund. This will be a long process I am sure, but if everyone who had a bad experience with these awful people comes forward, I am sure it will help.

Hi There,
Thanks for posting. I wish I had taken my loan out for my treatments through Care Credit, but rather through Capitol One (since it was for January 2007). I called Capitol One and they stated that they can not refund or credit me and will try to investigate the situation and also stated that at the end if they can not contact Medaesthetica and deal with the situation, then I would still be responsible for the loan and monthly payments ;( I guess Capitol One is less lenient and understanding than Care Credit. I also spoke with the SF lawfirm and they also that they will be filing the class action lawsuit for refunds for the Lipozap, but it would be a long process. Any suggestions from anyone or new info about Medaesthetica? BTW, I also dealt with and having been dealing with complications from the Lipzap (lumpiness and a scarred blister on my shoulder from the injection), as well as burns from their attempt to correct the blister and hyperpig. that I had at the injection sites, as well as further hyperpig. from the Fraxel laser they tried to use to help with the hyperpig from the injections and burns! It has been an absolute nightmare for me, with huge hyperpig circles/scars on my back from all of their negligence, which has already lasted for a year and two months and will probably take years to completely fade out. I can not be in the sun at all or even tan. I am so down and upset with what this unprofessional clinic did to me. I hope other people did not suffer the same complications and scarring that I did. Thanks for allowing me to vent.

Banafshe

Thank you for the phone number contact. I did leave them a message. You have also stated about contacting Care Credit however if I did not use that service for payment, that would be irrelevant for me correct? I do hope to hear soon. I do not have a list of complaints, etc however if the service provided was misrepresented then I should be entitled to all that I paid, do you think?

Wanted to say thanks for this information. Kathryn contacted me today and I had faxed her my information. I appreciate your help and good luck to you too

I too,was ripped off. I paid Sherman oaks office approx. $4,700.00 ($2400.00 atm) and $2300.00 plus with carecredit for lipozap and they did not even complete half the treatment. Plus the treatment that was done, did nothing for me. Only left me with bumps and swollen abs and thighs. I wrote a letter to carecredit disputing the account, but they never answered me. I will try calling them to see what is going on.

i was in sherman oaks office today to checked if the office really shut down and both office are closed. i'm supposed to have my laser treatment july 7 since they cancelled it last week. i also had my treatment last year for 2 areas and see no results and they offered me the new laser treatment and i add more money (4490.00 for everything). i was calling yesterday and i was surprised and upset to hear that they closed their doors . i ask people next door and they said they were shutdown by health dept. with a lot of citations and complains.pls. email me if u have any info co'z i want my money back. THANK YOU

hi i also was suppose to have the lipozap procedure performed on july 15 and was called by them that my appt was canncelled. i also just want my money back so if there is any new news please email me back....thanks Luz

I signed up with Lipozap in December '07 after hearing their aggressive ad campaign. Initially, I was going to do the Dermazap (fat dissolving injections) on my saddle bags. But, then I heard that they were coming out with a new Lipozap (aka LaserLipo) procedure and in April, so I elected to wait for that. It was a one time deal and sounded better that getting the Dermazap shots 4 times. I paid $2,696.97 for the procedure. However, due to scheduling issues of my own and their busy schedule, my appointment for the Lipozap/Laserlipo is schedule is scheduled for July. I called Medaesthetica to ask some questions, yesterday 6/26/08, and learned that they have gone out of business!!! Does anyone know how I can get my money back??? They have nearly $2,700.00 of my dollars and I have nothing to show for it! But, from reading the other postings, I should be happy for unanswered prayers. A botched procedure would be a lot worse! But, I still want my money back. Please advise!

Hi There,
We are part of the class-action lawsuit against Medaesthetica Medical DBA Lasershaping Centers. I am also a victim of the Lipozap scam, which did absolutely nothing for me and is not FDA-approved (even though they advertised that it was) and had complications and scarring as a result. There is a class-action lawsuit that will be filed against them soon and you can google it and find the office in SF that it filing it (Law Offices of Chandler Visher). I will speak to them on Monday and see how they want me to inform the people that I run across that would be interested in being a part of this suit and getting there money back for lack of treatment or failed treatment. I will keep you posted. Also you can read my posting above (date 6/24/08). Good luck!

Banafshe

I would be interested in being notified on more information on the class action lawsuit. I had 2 remaining appointments and had paid via credit card, not their credit service. I am not satisfied with the results that the other $5K contributed to as well. I did send an email to that Law Firm in San Francisco and hope to hear soon.

Thanks
Michele

Please contact me as well regarding any class action law suit. I spoke with a {edited} directly prior to getting the treatments, exchanged many emails and also got a written money back guarantee. I will contact Care Credit to see if I can do a "charge back" of some sort. Thanks!

Editor note: If you would like to review your experience with a particular provider or clinic, please write your treatment review and enter the provider or clinic name in the field provided.

Hi I am interested in being notified on more information on the class action lawsuit.

I wish that I took out a loan with Credit Care. I regretted that I chose CAPITAL ONE instead. BIG MISTAKE!!!! They are not helpful at all. I did not receive any treatment from this awful company and had called them and they pretty much said that there is nothing they can do and that I am responsible for the payment even though I have not received any treatment yet. I would never choose CAPITAL ONE ever ever again for healthcare loan. I would like to get my money back. Please advise!!!! Thanks

Hi There,
I too took a loan out with Capitol One. They really are horrible and unempathetic about all of this. I am sorry you are going through this as well. Wow, I actually had my treatments and they said the same thing to me and I can't believe that you didn't even have your treatments yet and they are like this. I think you should contact (and tell anyone else if you know) about the Law Offices of Chandler Visher in SF and their class action lawsuit for our refunds as a group. They are on it and will help us. Capitol One won't do anything so we have to go after the doctors and Medaesthetica ourselves. Good luck too.

B

Thanks. I did hear from the attorney office and did fax her my documentation specifically the email right before signing up that basically states "you should not worry Michele, this is FDA approved" and that is what sold me. I am not so certain Capitol One should be the ones getting my money back. Afterall if I went to a restaurant and got food poisoning later and had paid with credit card, I would not expect money back. I soley hold the Lipozap group responsible for their misrepresentation and deliberate false advertising. I am not quite certain how in the world they would have expected to stay in business with their unethical and harmful practices.

Michele

I am the main person in the class action law suit. We are going forward. Their treatments ruined my body.

Please advise of information to join the
class action law suit.

Thank you,

Linda

I am fighting mad that I got taken for $3,186.00 by these A-holes. I was scheduled to have three areas done on July 30, 2008 at their Costa Mesa Location by {edited}, when I got that awful call telling me that the Laser Shaping Centers canceled my appointment, will not reschedule it, and that they are no longer in business.

I am not going to stop until I get my money back. I too paid with Care Credit and is hoping that they will refund my money. They seem very understanding and I believe that they will take good care of their customers. I'll keep you posted on that.

My first call in the a.m. will be to Kathryn Anderson {edited contact information.

Please let me know if anyone out there get any new information on these rip-off artists. Thank you

Editor note: If you would like to review your experience with a particular provider or clinic, please write your treatment review and enter the provider or clinic name in the field provided.

I,too, feel that I have permanent damage and will never be able to look right again. I can't wear sleeveless clothes due to the bulges they caused under my arms. No matter how much I work out, my body shape never improves. If there is anything more I can do to participate, please let me know. I am sending all my email communication to them to the attorney.

I am so sorry Liz. I hope you have been able to retrieve the phone # for the attorney and get connected with her. I think the frustrating thing is that I dont have any before pictures to prove a thing and lumps are gone for me...it is situation more of being 'mis-shapen' and only my own opinion. Since this was not FDA approved, I am wanting to know the ramifications in truth of what this treatment will do. I dont just mean for now and in 6 months but for 5 and 10 years from now!

I agree, Michele. I have the same concerns. I am trying to find someone who can check this out, but it is difficult since we don't know exactly what was injected.

Thank goodness I found this website! I also signed up for Lipozap and had all of my treatments...none of which did a thing for me. I had also signed up for fraxel and on the second treatment they burned my face and I look worse than I did before the treatment. I paid in advance with care credit and have over $1800- in unused services. I spent $6000- total at the Sherman Oaks location. Now I am worried that it was not FDA approved!! Thank you to everyone who posted on here. I hope together we can get something done.

Hi There,
I too had the whole series of Lipozap and got absolutely no results. I too had Fraxel done on my face and back. I had 5 Fraxels done on both and my face honestly does not look that much better (in terms of sunspots). But they burned my back (first with the Lipozap machine and then with the Fotofacial machine). I had a series of Fraxel (5) to correct the Lipozap blister on my shoulder and the burns from the Fotofacial and this last treatment (early June 08) they either burned or hyperpigmented me. I hadn't been burned with Fraxel before until this last one. Did you see a derm and if so, what did he say and recommend? Is it definitely a burn or possible overheating of the skin that led to hyperpigmentation? Do you know if it will slowly fade or permanent? Curious because we are kindof in the same boat. I am using retinol pads (.2% every other night on it and Hydroquinone pads 8% every morning) with some improvement, but am worried that it is basically permanent. Any input? Thanks so much and hang in there ;)

I am so glad,i read this website. I was highly upset to find out I got ripped off for my money and now permant scarring as well. I also called ge money because they keep calling me.Since they advertise no payment/no interest for 12 months. But when calling carecredit, they have no such promo. So i was forced to pay payments. But I called them to file a claim and get a refund and I did receive a letter. I will send it back to them this week and see what happened. Please e-mail if you know any new info on getting refund from carecrdit. I also paid partial with my debitcard and I am trying to do an affidavid stating it was an unauthorized transaction. So will see how that goes. Other than that. i'm going to call the law office. Thank ladies or guys for your comments. I feel somewhat relieved to know im not alone in this fight.

I too had a horrible experience. I even did my research when I first went to the Lipo-Zap center, but they said their injections were FDA approved and I tried to do my research. I trusted the nurses and doctors. After the first injections, I had horrible swelling and bleeding. And today, there is rippling and ugly discoloration. When I tried to get my money back, I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I basically had to show up to their offices just to get a nurse to see me. She encouraged me to switch over to the vela-smooth treatments, but said that it took 8-12 treatments. I trusted her AGAIN, and purchased even MORE treatments just to fix the damage. (I was better before I even had the treatments!!)

They still owe me vela-smooth sessions and several thousands of dollars. I was lied to and taken advantage of... and am extremely frustrated. If there is anything I can do... or talk to, please let me know!

Finally, since the injections were NOT FDA approved... does anyone know what harm they might cause??

Thanks for all your help and comments. This website has been very helpful.

Sarah
Hopefully you have connected with the attorney firm that is initiating the Lawsuit. Let me know if you need the contact information but it is throughout this website. This website is a great one and glad I stumbled on it too. Fortunately the email below is one that Lipozap sent to me and has been sent to the attorney already: "Michele, I don’t think you should worry, The LipoZap injections consist of two active ingredients – each component is an FDA approved medication.

The medicine injected is provided by a state regulated compounding pharmacy. A clinical safety data survey was conducted using 75 physicians from 17 countries. Data was collected from 17,376 patients who underwent a total of 56,320 injection sessions. The safety record for the injections is excellent and was published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal September/October 2006 issue."
Sad part is...my guess is that even their own staff was believing all this to be true.

Hi Sarah,
If you paid with Care Credit, call them and get a complaint form. Then go to the class action lawsuit and sign up. I also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. I am also investigating the effects of the injections with a doctor.
Good luck!

Hi There,
Thanks for your post. Could you please post any info you get from your dr. about the potential future effects of the injections? Also, will our lumpiness and hyperpigmentation eventually disappear? Thanks

Babs

kathryn anderson out of san francisco is handling the matter. I am the main person who started the entire law suit.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for getting all this started

I had 6 areas of Lipozap and has ZERO results. The protocol during my procedures changed 8 times. The care was sub-standard and when I called last month to schedule my final 2 velasmooth appts they said I needed to call back the 1st of July. Now they are out of business.
Lipozap was by far the most painful thing I have experienced.
I recently underwent cosmetic surgery to get the results I wanted and after 8.5hrs in surgery my pain was NOTHING compareed to lipozap... the surgeon was amazed how well I tolerated surgery and the lack of pain... my response was "I had lipozap and this is nothing compared to that pain"
It made me mad that they advertised lipozap as minimal pain. What a joke.
If anyone hears of a class action lawsuit I would appreciate being contaced

Class action has been filed. contact kathryn anderson out of San Francisco.

I spoke with Kathryn today and she said we will all be included in the class action as we are on record as patients. We will eventually be sent an option to stay in the class or "opt out" (if you want to do your own thing). It will be a very lengthy process, but she feels the key people involved in Lipozap will be identified and served.

Hi,
I'm getting on today. I called to schedule my velasmooth treatments, which they conveniently told me I should wait until the end of the lipozap treatments, and they are closed! I was hoping that the velasmooth would smooth out these lumps on my thighs before my vacation next month. Stupid me! Anyway, I read something about contacting Kathryn from SF. How do I do that and how do I become part of the lawsuit. Thanks.

Kathryn's phone is 415-901-0514 and fax number is 415-901-0515. Have any supporting documentation ready to send to her. She is pretty swamped as you can imagine with communications from folks from this site however I felt her timeliness in returning my call and connecting with my concerns was appropriate. Good luck to you. Michele

HELLO...
I ALSO AM HAVING A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH MEDAESTHICA MEDICAL GROUP (LIPOZAP). I WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO BE REFUNDED 100% OF MY MONEY BACK IF I SAW NO RESULTS. WELL GUESS WHAT? NO RESULTS AND NO MONEY BACK! I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I SPOKE TO ONE OF THE REPRESENTATIVES TODAY AND INFORMED ME THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLIES FROM THE COMPANY AND THAT THIS COMPANY WAS NOW CLOSED...SHE ADVISED OPENING A CLAIM WITH SMALL CLAIMS BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S GOING TO WORK.CAN ANYBODY HELP ME OUT. I PAID $3500 CASH FOR THIS "LIPOZAP" AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK....SOMEONE PLEASE HELP...

--SANDRA

Sandra
Hopefully you have read through the rest of the threads and are able to see the contact information for the attorney in San Francisco. Good luck...sorry about your losses also!!

I am very interested if you found out if
there is a class action lawsuit. I've tried
everything to get reimbursed. I've even filed
a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Hi everyone,

I guess I feel some sort fo relief to see that my incident i not an isolated one.I too signed up for this nonsense oin May of 2007 and did my first treatment in Sherman Oaks. They then opened up thier Newport location and everytime I go in for an appoinment, there seemt o be something that was changed and no longer going to be done, eg, no more innner thigh, no more back of the arm adn no more vela smooth prior to the shots. I was a littel irritated as I felt like a test lab rat and these are things that they should have figured out before selling.

I also had imcompetent nurses and that like many of you, burned my skin and left me with a permamnet mark and pigmentation and I had had it when they used a much larger needle and hurt me badly telling me that the normal needle had not come in yet. A nurse evaluated me and understood my concerns and assured me that they will start working on the refund that was due for treatment not complete and I was going to get vela smooth treamnet worth 90 minutes. I called my consultant to tell her that I want all this resolved before June of this year so the interest in care credit will not activate and I want to pay it off. IT never happened and I now owe and additional $1000 on the care credit with now finance chages showing even if I make my monthy payment diligently so my credit isaffected. Please include me or give me any information for the lawsuit. They cannot get away with this.
Thanks everyone and good luck.

Like all of you, I too am part of this scam. I signed up for 3 areas in January 2008 and barely even started with any of the treatments before I got that same call telling me that my appointment had been cancelled and that they were no longer in business. I thought something was fishy when I tried to make an appointment in June and was told that they were booked for the entire month and didn't have the July schedule out yet. Sounds to me like they knew something was going on before it happened.

It is so irritating that a company can do this and think that they will get away with it. I would like to added to the class action lawsuit.

Luckily, I went with the no payments for 12mo option through Care Credit and have been in contact with them to dispute the charges. Hopefully this will work.

Thank you for everyone that has taken the time to research this further and get the class action lawsuit started. I know everyone will really appreciate it once this mess is handled and MedAesthetica gets what they deserve.

If anybody gets any new information please keep us posted.

paligirls64

Hey Everyone.
I was suckered in too. Really sucks because I was hoping lipozap would help! But never had a chance to do the lipozap. Can someone send me the link for the class action suit. Also, I paid my stuff with care credit and they also told me they would send me something in the mail to fight the charges. So I will let you guys know how that goes.
Mary

Good News!! FYI - Care Credit has credited all the $ i've sent them. i'm just waiting for them to mail me the refund. so any of you that signed up with Care Credit, you guys should all be able to get your $$ back. Thank god!!! Hooray!!

Actually that's not completely true. Care Credit will only credit you if have an open account with them. I started the lipozap over a year ago. I had the 0% financing for one year and paid it off ($250 a month and my tax return). When I tried to contest my payments, they said if the account is paid in full I cannot request an inquiry into it. So unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your circumstances) you can only get your money back if your account isn't paid in full.

I just read everybody's email. Wow so yeah me too! They charged me $4671 for a procedure that was supposed to be done in two different sessions however, they went out of business before they could give me the second session. I did go with care credit so I'm filing a dispute with them! I also contacted the attorney because like many of you have explained I have lumps all over my abdominal area. Well I hope something happens - because this sounds like a company that had no business providing or offering a service that they were obviously no good at! Oh and by the way during my procedure they had the assistant do some-thought it was odd at the time-and my results show it!!!
