I don't know how many people are trying eyelash extensions these days -- I am a licensed esthetician and just wanted to WARN YOU against using Novalash Eyelash Extensions! I personally took the course and purchased this line of lash extension products, only to find that the adhesive is ultra-sensitive to climate, and left me unable to use it, after spending almost $1000! I contacted the company to try and resolve the issue. They gave me a few options to try and change to climate in my work space (2 of which involved purchasing extra equipment to make it work). In the end, nothing worked, and the company refused to refund my money.
Also, as to the quality of the product, I am also dissatisfied as a skin care professional. The eyelashes that I was able to do came out clumpy and "crunchy," one client called it (note: this has nothing to do with my technique, as I've purchased another line of products that work perfectly). These lashes are also very harsh on the natural lash, and can damage the hair growth cycles. I heard several stories of other professionals using this line and losing their natural eyelashes! This is NOT GOOD! Novalash claims to be the "leading" and "safest" lash extension company - trust me, there are other options that are safer and produce better results than Novalash! Make sure to do your homework before paying someone $200 or more for this procedure. I would never be able to charge my clients that amount with the poor quality of Novalash!

The lashes came out clumpy and crunchy; well that was your technique and not the fault of the product. If you were actually certified by nova lash you would have learned in your class that your room needs to slightly humid not dry. Equipment you say? Have you ever heard of a humidifier? You can pick one up at home depot for about $20. If you don't let the lash dry properly of coarse it's going to stick to it's neighbor lash. Lash extensions are a time consuming process and its not for everyone. If you don't have the patients to let each individual lash set you shouldn't be doing this service and giving a great product a bad name.
