Degrees of discomfort vary depending on the areas you have treated and pain tolerance. I have found that it is very hard to predict those that will find it more difficult than they had planned. Most poeple recover without much trouble. There is really no reason to be too "scared". If you were a man. . .I may change that statement (HA!).

SmartLipo isn't designed to "just work on skin". It will help reduce fat and tighten the skin.
I often combine it with Thermage NXT for skin tightening in someone that doesn't want a tummy tuck.
However, if massive weight loss results in extremely loose skin, their is no option but to surgically remove it...
