Cellulite treatment: what is the difference between Velasmooth and Endermologie?

I have had Liposuction which was fantastic but has left my thigh and buttock area excessively more cellulite-ie and bumpy... quite conscious of it at all times, although the final results were great.
Velasmooth seems to be cheaper here than Endermolgie, so I was leaning towards Velasmooth, and also the reviews on this site seem good too...
