Question

Which laser will work best?

I had a permanent lip augmentation 2 years ago called a lip lift....it is very similar to a lip vermillion where the lips are pulled up (like a face lift) and stitched to it's position. I have no implants, fillers or lip injections.) I have scars around the border of my lips from this procedure. The scars are thin, white lines. My problem is that my scars feel very firm and tight. I was wondering if there are any lasers that would help? I have heard Fraxel repair, laser resurfacing and IPL lasers are good for scars but which laser is better for tight, firm scars??

Probably don't need laser......

It sounds from your description that you had tissue manipulation that has left you with contracted tissue, overpulling your lips and/or the tissue around your lips.  I do not know of a laser that will "relax" this tissue.  I would seek out a skilled plastic surgeon who does scar revisions and essentially "redos" of therapeutic misadventures.
