I workout consistently, but I'll be the first to admit I love food far more than the gym! Try as I might, I couldn't get rid of my small little pooch of lower abdominal fat, and I had just enough on my flanks that it drove me crazy! I came to see Dr. Ned Snyder at the Breast and Body Center of Austin, and they suggested I try CoolSculpting, and I am SO glad I did. I had some pain, which they explained happens in thinner patients sometimes, but some OTC Tylenol and Spanx took care of that! The procedure felt really...weird...but the staff was so helpful and supported me every step of the way. I am almost 2 months out now, and I notice such a difference! Those who know I did it, always make a face and say "Fat? WHERE!? Why do you need that?" For me, it wasn't about a dramatic change, it was about fixing that little area that made me insecure, the areas I always tried to cover up even though I don't think anyone else noticed.
