I had heard of the procedure advertised and wanted to check it out. I went to Dr. Ned Snyder at The Upper Room. The lead tech Erin was super nice and very helpful during the procedure. She answered any questions I had and was very thorough about explaining what she was doing. She made sure to follow up with me to make sure I was ok after the procedure.
