My experience from consultation, to pre op to post op explainations from Doctor and his highly schooled staff was a ten star experience! I could never work or have any other board certified plastic surgeon work on me and with me other than him----and I can go anywhere in the country! I love that he listens to my concepts on the looks I want to achieve and always inputs my personal architecture opinions in my results mixed with his genius expertise! You think it's just a brow lift. It's not. It's a complete, perfect procedure lined up so your face flows with proper coordinence so the human eye can see perfect, Hollywood symmetry! His eye for estethics blows my layman mind! He will incorporate your input and the desire of the end result you want to achieve. I wanted a Fergie brow they Botox and that was perfectly achieved. I saw Kylie Jenners' brows and asked "How do I own this?" He said that was a brow lift which is why her eyes are so open and doe eyes now! I told him I would get the Kardashian microbladding on my brows after he perfectly brought my brow up and I saw how my almond shaped eyes looked and went and had my microbladding done perfectly! She was able to microblade perfectly and said, your doctor does the best Botox I've ever seen and your under eye lift is perfect! (You know you have the perfection surgeon who preformed the perfect procedure when professionals comment on procedures you DIDN'T have!) I never lie about any procedure I've had bc I'm proud and happy I had input in my facial architecture with a surgical, genius architect! When I told professionals I had a brow lift ala Kylie Jenner look, they say, I thought a brow lift looked like you went thru a wind tunnel!!! I say, No, you just have a surgeon that is not listening to what you want and delivers beauty not avatar results. They say in the make up industry, when someone compliments you on your makeup, it means you have too much makeup on. When they compliments you on your eyes, cheekbones, lips....you did your makeup perfectly. Dr. Fernau has the same thought process. He enjoys subtle, appropriate results unless otherwise requested or the dynamic is more medical than cosmetic. I no longer need Botox and have not had my under eyes done. I had a brow lift.
