I am on my third aligner, and only had an issue once where my front teeth were hurting. So, I took a break from the aligners.

I have no issues wearing the aligners, but when I move to a new aligner, it hurts so bad to remove them for the first couple of days. I have a crown on one of my front teeth and at times, it feels like I am pulling the crown out. I know the crown will not come out (hopefully).

The other concern that I have is I grind my teeth at night. This makes the aligner even tighter in the morning. I have learned to take ibrophren 1 hour before I remove the aligners--at least for the first 2 or 3 days with a new aligner.

I did a lot of research before I invested in the aligners. Trust me, it was worth it.(Take that from someone who is scared of the dentist) Also, my ortho. explained everything to me, and I am gratefull for that.
