I started out researching rhinoplasty just like everyone else, kind of confused and a little embarrassed to talk about it with anyone I knew. When I found Real Self, I was able to narrow my surgeons to just two in the Las Vegas area, with Khorsandi as the last consultation I'd planned. After sitting down with him and his friendly staff I immediately knew he was the right one for me. Khorsandi is quite possibly the best surgeon in town for anyone looking for peace of mind and ease of procedure. I was surprised with how little hassle there was with the entire process, and how easy it was to contact him with concerns and questions. I had a slight scare with my nose one morning and I was sitting in his waiting area just a few hours later. That kind of attention speaks for itself. He's quick to put you at ease, listens to all of your concerns and -- most importantly -- a great surgeon with the experience to give you amazing results.
