I had my first Lipodissolve treatment on August 21st and the second on September 4th. The first treatment was to my bra fat and is looking better than when I started. I still have some nodules but that is common and to be expected according to all the literature I have read on the procedure. ON the 4th of September I had my double chin (hee hee) and my upper abdominal area done. My upper abs were swolen and in considerable pain for the first two days. I still have considerable sweling even though the bruising has dissapeared. My chin is still a bit sore and numb. A comment to most of the ladies out there who have had a bad experience with these treatments.

Of course everyone is different and has a completley different reaction to the lipodissolve treatments. Remember to be patient with yourself. For those of you who still have nodules, remember your body may be healing much more slowly than others. Try to massage the area 5 times per day for 5 minutes each time (at least).

Sometimes it may take up to 8 or 10 weeks for you to start seeing the result of the first treatment so hang in there girls!

Good luck to all.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen.. Aymee from Naples Florida here again with my second update on my treatment!

For those of you who did not see my first two posts. I am 35 years old and 5'6. When I began my treatments ( 1st was on August 21 on bra fat area, 2nd was on September 4th on upper abdominals and fat under chin)I wheighed exactly 193 lbs and was at a size 12.

I am very active, however I do not exercize regularly.I also have relatively tight skin and much muscle mass, as you know it is indeed a rare thing to see an almost 200 pound woman that is 5'6 and wears a size 12.I mention this because it may very well have something to do with my results.

My results have been great thus far. I have not measured myself but I have lost 12 pounds thus far and inch wise.. I will begin with my bra area.... The change is uncanny, after just one treatment. My upper abdominal area although slightly tender still, is appearing more defined and I can actually see where certain areas of fat are starting to melt away.

Now about my double chin.... VIRTUALLY GONE! I really did not have all that much to begin with, but enough to have it done.... My neck, although treated has always been pretty thin so that has remained the same. My face has not looked this good since I was in my mid twenties.... I actually have my jawline back and I feel so incredible.. It is doing wonders for my self confidence.

While I, personally have had amazing results in such a short period of time, I do acknowledge that this simply does not work for everybody.

I have made a commitment to myself to keep a healthy diet and have been doing so since the begining of my treatments. To me it just simply does not make sense to invest 10,000 on my body and then camp out on the couch with champagne, grapes and brie every evening (as much as I would like to do so)

The fact is, in order to make any kind of permanent change in ones life, one must change from the inside out. Change ones, belief system if you will..... Otherwise what winds up happening is you will just gain all the inches back eventually because your temporary inch loss does not match up with who you believe you are.

I understand that it must be incredibly frustrating and confusing, as you can see you have posts from women that are actually incredibly physically fit, yet no results and then you have women such as myself that are overwheight and get incredible results...

The questions to examine here, In my humble opinion are:

1. Is the doctor or clinic that is going to perform the procedure have the proper certification and training . ASNA offers the only authentic and approved certified seminars on Lipodissolve in the United States.

2. You may want to find out what kind of cocktail your particular doctor uses, the dosage and discuss any kinds of allergies you may have with him/her beforehand. You may also want to do some additional research after you find out what that physician uses in order to make a more informed decision. There are many doctors well versed in these matters that are more than willing to answer a few questions on the net, such as the good Doc that posted "A Physcians Perspective" If memory serves me correctly.

3. Exercise common sense... Lets get real here, as I recall there is a post somewhere by a lady that has a thyroid dissorder and was SIGNIFICANTLY overwheight. Her physician told her it was okay and that she would be an acceptable candidate... I mean come on folks.... One does have to be realistic!

When I went for my consultation, I was well aware, or at least did not have expectations for this to take me from a size 12 to a 6. It is more than clear that neither liposuction or lipodissolve is designed to make people that are significantly overwheight thin. In fact it is NOT DESIGNED FOR WEIGHT LOSS . This is clearly stated. So, at the risk of sounding unsympathetic... For all ladies that are a bit on the plump side.... such as myself... BE REALISTIC... I know first hand how desperate one can become. Particularly, after having a child. That is how they sucker us into buying all the pills, drinks etc etc etc...

I think it is a gross misjustice to blame these people for a poor decision made out of desperation. If you have thyroid or any other dissorder it is just comon sense to NOT opt for this kind of a procedure. If you already have an imvbalance in your body... Why take the risk of complicating matters evern further?

That being stated, and on the other hand, It is quite dissapointing to be the "perfect candidate" and for this not to work for you... That IS of course very disheartening and perfectly just to complain about considering the claims behind this procedure.Again, in my humble opinion, these people are certainly entitled to a refund NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!! I mean it SHOULD WORK right???

I hope that this little bit has helped some of the larger ladies that are perfectly healthy and fall within a category similar to that of myself see some improvements which will in turn lead to further motivation to take on a healthy new lifestyle and thereby a new sense of self- esteem.

All of that being mentioned......

It is a crap shoot! IT IS TRULY IMPOSSIBLE to know one way or the other due to all the different physicians and treatments out there that go under the name as Lipodissolve is a tradename of a standardized protocol and products that are used for treating fat deposits in a non surgical manner.

Most important ladies... Gentlemen too.... We are all beautiful in our own uniqe way... Be happy and embrace your inner GODDESS!!!! ALWAYS!!!! ( Or God..for the fellas!)

Best Wishes to each and every one of you

Aymee

Hello once again Ladies and Gentlemen...
For those of you who are trying to make an informed decision as to whether or not to invest in the Lipodissolve treatments I would suggest that your first step be to find out whether or not your physician or his staff is properly trained in this procedure.

You can go to {edited} where you can check for his/her name. As the ASNA ( American Society of Non Surgical Asthetics) offers the only authentic and approved certified seminars on Lipodissolve in the United States. That would be just plain common sense I think.

Now on to my results.... I must tell you that my first area treated (bra fat treated 8/21) is looking significantly leaner than before. My chin and abdominal area ( treated 9/4) are still a bit tender but all bruising has dissapeared and I am working on massaging out the nodules. My abdominal area is looking great and the dimply appearance of the fat left over from my pregnancy is starting to smooth out. That is after only one treatment.

I noticed that on my last post I had not listed anything about my body type/ wheight.. Well I am 5'6 and wheigh 180 lbs. Now that being said.. I have much muscle mass and my skin is rather tight, so you have a better idea I am a size 10. That could have something to do with my results. It's very important as my physician explained to me to be a good candidate.

Everyone is vastly different so it is important not expect miracles here. It specifically notes this treatment is NOT for weight loss but for loss of inches and improvement in appearence of cellulite etc...

I have no affiliation to Lipodissolve and no interest in swaying anyone in any particular way. It is a very personal decision and a rather large investment. Luckily, thus far for me it has worked out.

I will keep you posted as to my progress.

I wish you all good luck in your beauty endeavors.

To all of you out there

Hi there,
I just had my 1st procedure done on my 2nd chin yesterday. I am so swollen, which I hear is a good thing. When does this swelling get unnoticeable? If I were to get nodules, would I feel them now or do they appear from tthe start? Thanks so much for your help!
Kelly
