This was absolutely one of the best decisions I have ever made...
Insight: Women face tremendous struggle and negative internal dialogue regarding the shape of their bodies. Along with societal influence, our image of self can become skewed and false. I had breast augmentation 12 years ago. Although it seemed the right choice at that time, the following years opened me to my truest self and the modification no longer served my life. I spent considerable time exhausting my resources in an effort to remove my implants. The research and dreaming literally spanned 5 years. It wasn't until I found Dr. Meger that I felt hope for the first time. My consultation was incredibly reassuring. The staff was warm, welcoming and quite gentle with me. There really aren't words to describe how valuable that was. After meeting Dr. Meger, I felt the last ten years of mixed emotions regarding my body float away. He was professional and very receptive to my feelings and goals. It was refreshing to finally speak to a surgeon that didn't try to talk me out of the procedure or into additional modification. I left the office with tears of joy welling in my eyes. Wow. My procedure took place two weeks later. It was a very comfortable experience that was made far easier by the confidence and assuredness of Dr. Meger and his staff. Start to finish this was such an incredible experience.
