Dr Meger exchanged my saline implants to silicone and performed vaser lipo on my bra fat. I couldn't be happier. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing...his staff are the best I've ever encountered. He's the best plastic surgeon by far in Phoenix!!!! The pain was minimal and the down time was only a few days.
