I have just completed my fourth treatment and I am scheduled for my fifth in October up in Canada.

I chose fraxel laser, not for discoloration, but for the loss of elasticity and large pores. The pain was awful. I used no numbing cream until I read about it on the internet and called my doctor who said to give it a shot.

With the numbing cream the pain is a lot less. However, I had massive breakouts, and I mean massive, something I am not used to, that lasted about 7-10 days after each treatment so if you have a special event planned be careful.

If you are looking to improve texture and elasticity the results are amazing. My skin no longer feels thin but feels perky and much more youthful. When I touch my face it feels like a babies butt. As for the pores I have noticed no difference at all, yet, but I am hoping that comes after all the healing has finished.

Will let you know after the fifth treatment which is supposed to be my last.

Cons: The cost $1525 per visit and the pain
Pros: I can definetly see long term results with this
