I have never written a review before but wanted to take this opportunity given my fantastic results and the confidence I had with my surgeon (Dr. Widder). First of all, I searched for a surgeon for over 4 years. I had at least four consultation appointments with Dr. Widder ( and each time he took the care and attention I needed to answer my questions and never once charged me for my repeated visits) and many other surgeons (many of who did charge for a consultation). In the end, I liked the results I had seen in his assistant JoJo and I trusted Dr. Widder to produce the same results on me. So although he was not the cheapest, I felt he was the best. And the results are fabulous. In fact, my tummy tuck has been a transformational event in my life. I have had 4 children ( 8 pregnancies) and been a Mom for over 44 years and my mid section looked like it. I hated what a saw in the mirror everyday. It was a constant point of upset to start everyday. When I decided to get my tummy tuck, it was an investment in me to get my body back. The body I had before having children. And Dr. Widder delivered in spades. I have gone from a size 8-10 to a size 4. He not only surgically repaired the wear and tear of many years and multiple pregnancies from my body, but his expertise allowed me to get back the body I had many years ago. Today, I feel more vibrant, more sexy, more alive than ever. Dr. Widder also recommended a book about nutrition that has changed the way I eat. In summary, Dr Widder gave me back the body I had as a young woman, helped me love my body again and discover ways to keep it looking the best it can be. Dr. Widder and my tummy tuck changed my physical body but also changed the way I feel about my body and my life. I am forever grateful that I invested in my self and that I chose Dr. Widder for my surgeon. His staff has become friends. They stayed close to me throughout the surgery and healing process.
