Is 250cc or 275cc better for my frame? I am 5'3 and 100 pounds. (phto)

The difference between 250 and 275 cc is 10%, about 5 tablespoons. Only you can decide which you prefer. Try on gel sizers of a variety of sizes until you feel big enough, go higher until you feel you are too big, then back down until you feel just right. Sizing is a process, and the patient should make the final decision since it will affect her for a long time. Computer imaging can sometimes augment the decision-making process, we use Crisalix. You will likely be fine with either of these sizes, but the final decision should be yours.

Either size is rather modest and will like likely make you a large B or a small C.  If that's what you want either of those would be okay.  Im really conservative size wise, but I would recommend the 275 which will not make you too large at all.  It'll look great!  Good luck!

The action pose posted photo is really not helpful. Since we can not see frontal nude posted photos. Best to follow your surgeon's advise of 275 cc. I might use HP profile though.

I think that you need to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.  Implant selection will be determined after a thorough evaluation and your goals.

The best cosmetic result in any particular
breast augmentation patient depends on a variety of factors, including: your

about the number of cc’s. The thickness of your tissue, breast dimensions which
include the width, height, and projection, as well as chest wall width all need
to be considered when choosing an implant. Trying on implant “sizers” of
various shapes and volumes while wearing a tight t-shirt, bra, or bathing sit
at a preoperative visit will help you and your surgeon choose the optimal

based on limited 2 dimensional photos without examining you, physically
feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical
history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not

Without the benefit of an examination and measurements it is hard to say what size implant you are and what size would be best for you. The difference between 250 cc and 275 cc is minimal that it would not change you to a different cup size. I would recommend that you try on implants with a sports bra and a tight T shirt to get an idea of what the implants could look like.  Good luck.

Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering  breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully.  Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.

2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals  with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining  breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as  “natural”  or “nice B cup”  etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
 Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup  size may also be inaccurate.
 The use of computer imaging technology may also be very helpful during this communication process.

3.  Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly,  allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals.  Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.

Both implant volumes should give you the cup size you want.  The volume difference is actually very little do which would you rather be at the end alittle bigger with the 275 or a little smaller with the 250.  You should get a good result either way.Dr Corbin

Given your photo, breast and frame size, I would not be overly concerned about choosing between a 250cc and 275cc implant.  Your final breast size with either implant (your natural breast plus the implant) will be approximately 500cc.   Therefore, the 25cc difference will be minimally notable.  If you try the implants on in a bra, this can help you decide.  But, either implant should be able the achieve your goal.  Best wishes.
