Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
I recommend 1 ml on each side. However, I recommend getting a consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Hope this helps.
One ml of Restylane Lyft can add definition to your cheeks. More can always be added later. One ml in the chin area would also be appropriate.
It is likely you will need (and want) 1 mL (1 syringe) per side. Keeping in mind that if you like the look that a little bit of swelling gives immediately post-injection, than you may want more. Two syringes is a great place to start though!
When I trying to improve cheekbone definition, I usually recommend starting with 2 syringes of Restylane Lyft, 1 mL per each side of the face. There can be swelling for 1-2 weeks after fillers, which may compress the nerve. If you remain concerned, I recommend following up with your injector. Hope this helps.
Hi @lelebugs! I'm sorry you are not happy with your final results. I recommend dissolving the unwanted filler with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
Thanks so much for your question. There are small mucous glands in the lips that can become temporarily more prominent after injection. Another possibility is some of the product is too superficial. I suggest an examination with your plastic surgeon/injector for a proper diagnosis.
It's difficult to tell from your picture. This may be Fordyce spots or superficially placed filler. I recommend following up with your injector. Hope this helps.
Hi and thank you for your question! Having lumps following lip injection is quite common and while most are related to swelling and go away within 2 weeks, lumps persisting beyond that (for 4 weeks like your cases) are more likely to be filler itself and they can be best treated with injection...
