Would a tummy tuck flatten my belly and the rolls beneath my breasts? (Photos)

I'm contemplating a tummy tuck, I've had 2 c-sections and also surgery to remove a part of uterine tissue that was stitched in my c-section scar that would inflame during my monthly due to my endometriosis. It's all fixed now. I'm concerned if it's possible to get my previous scar lowered and flatten out my midsection and under boob flab. My groin region is flat then when it hits my scar it starts bulging all over the place. Underwear doesn't sit nicely without having an unflattering bulge.

Hi there,

Your tummy is nearly perfect and is certainly not in need for a full tummy tuck 
If you already have a c section scar that needs adjustment or revision, I think an ideal procedure would be a mini tummy tuck with liposuction. A mini tummy tuck does not extend the original c section scar that much and will very nicely address all your concerns

Please note, you have hardly any skin laxity so skin excision would not be necessary,

the area around your bra area can also be addressed in conjunction with a liposuction based procedure

From the submitted photos it appears you are a candidate for a tummy tuck.  This would remove excess fat and skin and correct any abdominal wall laxity.  Your c section scar would be removed as part of the procedure.  The result would be a flatter, tighter tummy.  The next step is to visit a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.

You could get good results with just liposuction of your abdomen and flanks, but will get a flatter abdomen with a tummy tuck to help tighten the abdominal muscles.

Thank you for the pictures. It looks like you are a better candidate for liposuction than a TT. From the pictures, it looks like you have no hanging skin and only minimal subcutaneous fat. Liposuction can be a great improvement with minimal downtime.

In My opinion, you don't need a full tummy tuck. The best option for you is Vaser Liposuction for under boob flap and you midsection along with J plasma and a mini tummy tuck to lower the scar and flatten the excess skin.

A tummy tuck should be able to get you a completely flat abdomen with a straight B line between your sternum and your pubic bone.

The skinfold below your breast needs to be incorporated in the tummy tuck in order to be released and be flattened out. During a tummy tuck the skin and fat layer is separated from the underlying muscle fascia typically up to the beginning of the rib cage. Connective connective tissue bands that are anchoring the skin causing the fold below your breast sit up on your rib cage.  The tissue separation during a tummy tuck called undermining needs to go up onto your ribs high enough to free those connective tissue bands to give you the skin tightening benefit all the way to your breast.  this means the tummy tuck needs to be extended superiorly(up higher) to get the tightening result that far up on your chest.

During in person consultations I would specifically talk to plastic surgeons if you’re willing to go that far up and confirm and assure that the tissue plans have been released to tighten the skin all the way up to your inframammory fold.

Another approach can be adding a reverse tummy tuck though in my opinion it is an unnecessary scar.
