I have zero gluteal fold? (photo)

I have been self conscious about my buttocks for a long time, since I was a teenager I have a saggy derrière, with lateral hollows compared to an old lady, this led me to workout, run, exercise and at times restrict my diet. Is there anything I can do, to better my buttocks, and create a gluteal fold, I feel so weird like my butt is a continuation of my leg!
