Removal should only cost few hundreds to a thousand depending on who you see.  One thing to know about cysts removal, is that they easily scar if not surgically removed and sutured appropriately.  Post-operative wound care is extremely important as well as the type of suturing.  Please see someone with experience and a good reputation. The cost depends on what needs to be done and what type of anesthesia is needed. In the Boston area, the range for the cost of a cyst removal is between $500-1200.
