How well does the Enlighten laser work for tattoo removal compared to other lasers?

I've had a few sessions with the standard nd:YAG 1064 nm laser, and was wondering how efficient the Enlighten laser would be for a black ink tattoo? Are there any added benefits of this laser? I know that the Enlighten has a 1064 nm wavelength as well, but am curious to know if it is more effective in this laser?

Regardless of the device tattoo removal takes a series of treatments.  Although picosecond lasers are the newest they aren't always the best for tattoos.  I suggest you see a physician for a consultation.  Best, Dr. Emer.
