Can i start dying my hair and using hair color after rhinoplasty?

it has been 3 weeks since my rhinoplasty. Would using hair dye or dying my hair effect anything due to the chemicals and strong scent?

It is hard to guess correctly what kind of lesion your are talking about without photos? Is this on the skin or underneath the skin? Deformity of your nose cartilage or bone? It would be good to an image of "hump".You should see a plastic surgeon in your area to discuss this issue....
