I am sorry that you have had little result from your treatment, but hardly surprised. I have have been cautioning my regular followers for years to be wary of all the heavy marketing and social media claims for this or that expensive, "bells and whistles" fraxel laser, RF, RF microneedling and cryo devices, as these are unfortunately backed up far more by the hype than any hard science. You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist to discuss the use of fat dissolving inections for the submental area combined with the use of robust HA fillers to improve chin projection and to better define and straighten the jawline in the profile view--both of which would also improve the appearance of the submental region .Hope this helps you to save time, money and frustration.
