Is it possible to recreate a hooked nose?

I had a primary 5 years ago. Too much was done. The tip was altered without my knowledge columella strut and the dorsum scooped out. It’s goes against the aesthetic goals of most people BUT I am different. Is is difficult to recreate a hook?
