Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, a lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

You've only been a few months after surgery. This will likely improve if given more time. But, it is reasonable to speak with your surgeon.

Commissuroplasty looks often times very bizarre and lips widens with age … it’s not recommended. Best of luck !
