Hi and thanks for your question. If you're only a short while from surgery the sound is likely to be simple inflammatory fluid which the body has not yet absorbed. If the breasts look similar I wouldn't be concerned. If you're more than a few weeks out from surgery then the collection is probably a seroma or at worst some fluid accumulation after fat breakdown. These may warrant drainage if causing discomfort, asymmetry, breast redness or anxiety. Your specialist plastic surgeon will advise you correctly.
surgery is not common but could happen if you have fluid collections under your tissues. Do you have drains in? Do you have changes in your breast size? Regardless, this is something you should follow-up with your surgeon.
This sound is probably associated with some fluid that has yet to be reabsorbed by the body. Give it time it should go away without any problem.Good LuckStephen M. Davis, MD, FACSGreen Hills Plastic Surgery
If you have recently undergone breast reduction surgery, it is possible that there is fluid within your left breast. As your breast moves, the fluid and tissue within the breast may create the sounds that your are hearing. As the fluid absorbs, the unusual noise should resolve. Thanks for sharing your question. Best wishes.

Breast are not suitable to be sized by bra sizing, try to think in percentage of reduction. Normally your wish will be feasible, don't hesitat to talk openly with your surgeon, this is the best way to help him to achieve the best outcome from your case.
Hi. I would recommend 4 weeks. This will vary with each surgeon that you speak with. There are no set rules. Good luck
