Nasty neck with platysmal bands. Is a neck lift my best option? (Photo)

With this degree of skin laxity of the lower face and neck that we can see in the photos, a face and neck lift are indicated. The transverse neck lines will remain despite that surgery as the lines are depressions in the skin and dermis. Nevertheless the contour will restored to the more youthful appearance.

Thriving, Thank you for sharing your photos. I agree you have prominent platysmal bands and loose skin and some jowling. I appear that your chin is also slightly recessed . An open surgical face and neck lift will probably best address all of your concerns, however, this surgery has a pretty long recovery and is your most expensive option but a good bit.
