Hi I have lost quite an amount of weight; and my breasts have sagged. I am wondering how much it is to have it re-lifted. And I'm not entirely sure why, but when I exercised; I lost weight all over except for my arms- how much would it cost to get liposuction on my arms and also lifted since there would be extra skin?
