It’s possible that the lump isn't filler at all anymore—especially since it was placed over a year ago and then recently dissolved. It could be residual scar tissue or a small fibrotic nodule. These types of lumps can sometimes be long-lasting and aren’t always visible, but you can definitely feel them when pressing on the lip. If it’s determined to be fibrotic or scar tissue, steroid injections can help to shrink it. I hope this helps and best of luck!
