You can get the improvement you are looking for but it involves performing a revision with cartilage grafting.  The cartilage can come from septum, ears or ribs depending on how much is needed which can be determined on exam.  If you're not excited about undergoing another full surgery I would keep your nose how it is for now I'm sorry to say. Otherwise you will require a dorsal augmentation graft and like caudal septal extension and extended spreaders to push your tip downwards to match the dorsal augmentation 

For 35+ I've used the patient's own cartilage and fascia to augment the scooped out bridge whether it is an inherited condition or secondary to trauma or previous surgery. Cartilage would also be used to improve tip definition and projection. The expectations you have shown in another post are reasonable.
