Procedure to get more defined eyelid crease/more deep set? (Photo)

Question

Is it possible to make the upper crease more deep so the crease fold looks dark/more defined. I usually see this with people with more hollow eyes. The photos with the high creases iv attached is what Im wondering surgery can achieve. The photos with the un-defined crease is what my eyes look like. What exactly determines how defined the crease looks? Is it the distance between the skin over the fold and the skin below the fold? Using eyelid tape can achieve this to a small extent but is unideal

Yes, it is possible to alter the upper eyelid crease. It has to do with a few factors including skin, muscle, and fat. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation.

That means that you are at profound risk of walking into someone's office and having a profound misunderstanding with the surgeon and ending up surprised by the surgical result.  The eyelids you like have no crease, exhibit levator dehiscence, and no spare skin.  You like a smooth platform.  You did not provide a photograph of yourself.
