I did 4200 FUE in Turkey ! 25 days post op ! 0.7 m punch .I have some redness and itchy donor area . Will the redness go away?

The redness will eventually subside. Your donor area will always look "thinner" proportionate to the number of hairs taken out after a FUE harvesting surgery.  The hairs will NOT grow back from the donor area (where it was taken). To determine if your donor area was over-harvested, you will need an examination.

Hi there, you can use an anti-histamine to help reduce the itchy feeling. The redness should reduce over time. At 25 days post op it is a little difficult to know whether you have had over harvesting of your donor. It is likely however that you have. I would assess at 3 months and also see if you can source pictures of your donor area directly after your surgery as this will give an indication of how much your surgeon has harvested your grafts in certain areas.

Yes, the redness will go away with time.  What you will never get back is the density.  With 4200 grafts harvesters, you will not the inconsistency of density in the back.  If you’re just being alarmed by the redness, you will be okay with time.  Redness can last a couple months.  As far as itching, I recommend getting some medicated shampoo and wash as often as you can.

Redness in a wound can last a few months if your skin type easily gets impacted by the surgical wounds. With 4200 grafts your original donor density should have been significantly above average (see below). Your photos suggests over-harvesting for your original donor density
