Question

I am a 57 year old male who is looking to INCREASE my breast size with fat transfer method. I am a 38b cup size and looking to increase to full c-cup to a small d-cup using the fat from stomach and butt area to improve my overall look. I am not gay or transgender, just looking to increase breast size. Thank you for any information you can provide

Fat transfer can increase cup size although it may require multiple sessions to obtain the desired breast size.

Yes, fat transfers can be done to increase your breast size.  I have performed fat transfers on males in the past.

In both males and females, most fat transfers to the breast will increase up to one cup in size. Only a certain amount of fat can be transferred at one time. If too much is added, more fat dies. A transfer can later be done once you have healed, or you can consider implants.
