If you are wanting to completely remove the back rolls, that would come from a bra strap excision, which results in having an incision that runs across the back along the bra line. Hello, thank you for your inquiry and photos! Based on your photo you would be good candidate for liposuction upper and lower back, including flanks. I would suggest a full LIPO 360 to have best results. I suggest seeking board certified plastic surgeons with experience. Best of luck! 

It is always the PS and not the method that produces the results.  I perform a great number of liposuction revisions and they are difficult, but I think improvement is realistic in your case..

Traditional liposuction of these regions by an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon should allow you to achieve the results that you desire. Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for standard liposuction, to improve your back, waist and flanks, and I think you'll get very good results. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
