My nose is WAY too thin after my second revision rhinoplasty. Is this going to get better? (Photo)

Question

I had a revision rhino 2 weeks ago, to fix a hump and asymmetry. The doctor was supposed to take a little of the thickness from the middle of the bridge of my nose and now half of my nose is gone! I could tell because of the cast shape that it was too small and skinny but he keeps blaming it on the cast. Is this going to flatten out, or can it be fixed?? My nose literally comes to a super defined sharp point and looks so ridiculous!

Thank you for providing the photos. At just two weeks post-op, it's much too soon to determine the final outcome of your rhinoplasty revision. Please be patient and continue to follow your surgeon's post-surgical protocol. If things remain unchanged within the next 4 to 6 weeks, you may want to schedule a follow-up visit with your plastic surgeon so he or she can examine you in person and provide you with some answers.

Dear ShaylajaceIt is generally too soon to determine the outcome of your surgery at two weeks. I think at this point, you should follow your surgeons instructions and take good care of your nose. If in 6-8 weeks post op, if you have concerns, you can discuss with your surgeon in a more meaningful way. If you need revision, the timing of that can be planned at that time and based on that conversation.

It's too soon after just two weeks to accurately determine the final outcome. In general,the appearance after rhinoplasty  improves  with time . You may wish to discuss options with your Plastic Surgeon in a few months after most of the swelling has subsided.
