Can Rogaine cause dark circles under eyes?

Is dark bags and circles under the eyes a side effect of using rogaine? Is there anyway of reversing this?

Rogaine will stop working if you stop using it.  You cannot use Rogaine, grow hair then stop.  If you stop using Rogaine, the hairs that grew will fall out.

All drugs have side effects.  Topical Minoxidil (Rogaine) and Finasteride (Propecia) is not an exception.  Avoiding a drug due to it's "potential" side effect should be balanced with the "potential" benefits. Rogaine requires twice a day application.  If it is an inconvenience it...

Rogaine is a brand name for 5% minoxidil.  There is no difference other than the cost and the name.  It contains the same drug.

Used Rogaine as directed twice a day.  The exact amount depends on the area you are treating.  It may take 6 plus months to see changes.

You must continue using Rogaine as directed. If you stop using Rogaine the hairs you gained will fall out over time (as you have noticed).  If you restart Rogaine, new hairs may grow but it generally does not regrow all the hairs you have lost.
