Best treatment for periorbital veins around my eyes? Sclerotherapy or laser? (Photo)

I have blue-purple discoloration around my eyes that I think is caused by thin skin and visible veins. Is the most effective treatment for this sclerotherapy or laser? I’ve read both can be effective, but I most often see the treatment performed on a single large vein in the area, whereas I have more general discoloration.

Sometimes electric current can help. It is safer than sclerotherapy which can be very dangerous in the wrong hands. I hope this helps, best of luck !
