Filler can help hollow temples. Typically it is seen in older patients but an also be placed in younger patients as long as you are healthy. HAve you had any sudden changes in your weight. It would be key to look into that more and how long have you noticed the hollow temples for? But fillers can be used to add to that area and they can tend to last longer in the temples.

You could also consider using a product like Renuva, which would stimulate your own fat growth and give you long lasting results (5+ years). This may be a good option for you since you are young. I use 4 different fillers in the temples, and of course, fat grafting too. Voluma, RHA #4 , Radiesse and Sculptra all have different advantages and disadvantages. The RHA#4 and Radiesse are diluted for injection into multiple layers. The Voluma is lower and the Sculptra is a roller coaster with the product taking awhile to give the effect. Fillers can be added and used in different layers too.

If the temples are hollow out of proportions to the rest of the face, they can definitely be filled out with a multitude of products and your own fat. I present all of those options to my patients and we decide what will be most suitable in their personal case. Thank you for your question! Placing voluma in the temples can help fill in those hollows. The only issue with temple filler is that it typically takes a decent amount of filler to make a difference. At minimum I would recommend starting with 2 syringes of voluma but you could definitely do more if looking for more improvement. Hope this helps!
