What surgeries other than jaw reduction surgery will make me look more like a woman? (Photos)

I list them in order of cost/reward for your feminization goals:
1 and 2) A profileplasty, which is the association of a feminization rhinoplasty and an osseous reduction genioplasty to feminize, round and shorten your chin
3) Eyebrow and forehead lift, to reposition to a youthful and appealing position and angle your brows; the frontal complex is too low in any case
4) Corner lip lift, penant lift, etc, to create a feminine corner of the mouth
5) Autologous lip augmentation, to both upper and lower, never with fillers! only your own tissue (dermal grafting)

Based on two front of view photos with no makeup, my first recommendation would be a rhinoplasty followed by fillers HA type to upper lip or lips. Best of virtual council with to get better idea ideas for options.
