What will get me a defined angular face, and masculine sharp jaw line?

Hello, I would like a more defined masculine jaw line and angular facial shape. I know there are jaw implants and cheek implants that will get what I want. Also buccal fat removal. I'm providing clearer pictures. What is your recommendation? Will liposuction assist too? Thanks

The jawline is a common concern among patients.  It's importance is not 
only noticed when someone has a weak jawline, but can also exaggerate midface deficiencies exactly how you describe.A strong jawline can exude confidence, strength and attractiveness.  I recommend a custom total mandibular implant to address the three regions of the jaw in tandem including the angle of the jaw, the side jaw contour and chin.  You can be involved with the design and customize it to your desires.  The implant is designed to contour the underlying jaw structure to provide a successful long term result.In addition, prefabricated cheek implants can define your midface and will create a buccal concavity without buccal fat removal.I recommend you seeking out a board certified surgeon to discuss your goals and options.

The combination of chin and jaw angle implants or a custom made wrap around jawline implant will create a much stronger and defined jawline. With a stronger jawline and adding cheek implants I see no need fir buccal fat removal. Augmenting the skeletal triad of cheeks, chin and jaw angles will automatically create a more concave area below the cheeks.

The photograph demonstrates a weak and recessive chin profile, for which a chin implant can improve. Chin implants are manufactured in a variety of sizes and shapes which is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination. Chin implants are composed of Silastic, can also be custom carved when needed to fit the patient's pertinent anatomy, and are usually inserted through a submental approach under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure. Liposuction is not required since there is no submental fat present

Hi based upon the attached photos the cheeks are flat, the chin is weak and the mandibular angle is a bit weak.  Increased facial angularity cann be achieved with the following procedures.Cheek augmentation with a dermal filer (I prefer Perlane) or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement.Chin augmentation with a chin implant.Mandibular angle augmentation using Radiesse injections.Hope this helps.
