Brow lift from Botox will slightly lift your lateral brows, however I am afraid that formal eyelid lift known as blepharoplasty is really your best option. The redundant skin needs to be excised and this will make your eyes appear more open and vibrant. This procedure can be done in the office under local anesthesia and may be combined with Botox of your forehead to lift your brow or possibly even a mini brow lift, if needed. Thank you for your question! I don't think a botox brow lift will be sufficient enough to achieve the desired look you want to achieve. I would suggest seeing an occuloplastic surgeon to have a consultation for an upper blepharoplasty. Hope this helps!

• The eyelid muscles and brow muscles are coordinated to lift and close and show emotions. These actions can be modified with Botox in some cases.
• If you have too much skin and fat in the upper eyelids, a blepharoplasty or surgical eyelid lift will be required.
