Is getting a new air bubble 9 months post op for my breast augmentation normal?

Foreign sensations such as this are common in the immediate post op period. This is less commonly experienced at 9 months post op. If your overall appearance has not changed it is unlikely to be anything significant. That being said, while air is a possibility, it can also be fluid. This is a very unusual situation, I think its important to rule out a late seroma (fluid collection), its very difficult to know if the sound and feeling is air or liquid so I suggest you go to your plastic surgeon to have a propper evaluation a tests (ultrasound).

These noises probably are not because of air bubbles, but may be because of fluid around the implant. In either case, you should be evaluated by your doctor who may choose to get an ultrasound.

I would make an appointment and follow up with your plastic surgeon. Sensing a sloshing sound 9 months post surgery is not something to expect after travel.This advice really applies to any significant change in the look or feel of your breasts after the initial healing period.

An air bubble 9 months after surgery is unexpected.  It may be related to your air travel.  Make sure you contact your surgeon and get examined.

It is not normal to sense air bubbles or sloshing neither right after surgery nor this far out. Breast implants are very resilient and no amount of turbulence would cause a complication unless there is direct trauma. Your saline implants either were not completely empty of air when they were filled, or you have a deflation.  It could also be something completely different causing a referred sensation. In any case, you should be evaluated by your surgeon.

Sometimes an air bubble is confused with the edge of the implant, at the inframammary fold, particularly is there is only a small amount of tissue coverage. 
In other words : if the tissues covering your implant at the breast crease are minimal, then your implant is very close to the skin, and some patients describe this feeling as an air bubble. Nothing needs to be done, unless this is uncomfortable or is the skin is showing signs of damage.  An ultrasound is helpful to rule out a rupture , but other than that, it won't show that much. 
If the skin is too thin, then certain surgical measure can be taken.  Hope this helps !
