Is PRP helpful for the 11's, crows feet and the forehead or is it not meant for that area?

This is a great question. If your main concern is the lines in these areas when your face is at rest, PRP can work for you. The skin is numb for PRP injections, so they are very tolerable. I would recommend doing a combination of PRP injections and the vampire facial, which combines PRP with the micropen. These treatments will help soften your fine lines, and improve the overall quality of your skin.If you are concerned about these areas when you make certain expressions, then Botox/Dysport would be a good idea for you. Botox is a great treatment for this area. Botox results last 3-4 months and may take up to 2 weeks for final results. Hope this helps.

PRP would not be at the top of my recommendations for the expression lines around your eyes.  Dysport or Botox works significantly better, and in many cases even better in combination with skin resurfacing depending on your specific situation. 

The "#11" lines in the middle of the forehead, the horizontal forehead lines and crow's feet lines are caused by movement of muscles that cause these lines to form. The best way to address these "dynamic" lines is to immobilize the muscles with a botulinum toxin treatment like Botox, Dysport or Xeomin. PRP can help rejuvenate the skin itself buy stimulating new collagen formation. PRP will work best when combined with a micro needling or laser treatment. PRP will not stop the muscle movement so it is not a replacement for botulinum toxin. PRP can be used in addition to botulinum toxin,

Prp can be used in these areas. However, Botox can also be used to improve these areas. Deeper wrinkles need a combination approach with Botox and lasers, microneedling/prp and fillers. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

PRP which causes your own platelet cells works by stimulating collagen production it will however not limit muscle movement (the cause of wrinkle). If wrinkles are your main concern consider Botox, it will be a quick and easy way to not only reduce the appearance of current wrinkles but also reduce deeping of those wrinkles. If you are looking to build collagen and want a more natural healthy glow to your skin consider PRP. 

Yes PRP is very helpful for all areas of skin and will reduce and soften lines and tighten the skin after a series of treatments. A topical anesthetic is applied before the treatment that minimizes discomfort. Some individuals are more sensitive then others but most individuals find the procedure very tolerable.
Most of the time, Botox is combined with PRP to give the immediate impact in these common areas of treatment, while letting the PRP take effect over several months.

PRP helps with very fine lines on the face but is not the treatment of choice for crow’s feet or glabellar complex wrinkles. You are better off with Botox.

The areas you are describing are best treated with neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport.  These are wrinkles caused by movement and it is best to suppress that movement.
